Welcome to SelfAI – AI Headshot Generator ("SelfAI", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Rocket Digital Limited, 1603, The L Plaza, 367-375 Queens Road Central, Hong Kong.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (available on iOS and Android) and our web application at www.selfiai.ai.

By using SelfAI, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

2.1 Photos and Images
To generate AI headshots, you upload photos of yourself. These images are processed by our AI systems to create professional headshots in your chosen style. Uploaded images are used solely for headshot generation and are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

2.2 Account Information
If you create an account, we may collect your email address, display name, and authentication credentials.

2.3 Usage Data
We collect information about how you interact with the app, including features used, styles selected, session duration, and device information (device type, operating system, app version).

2.4 Purchase Information
In-app purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive transaction identifiers but do not store full payment details. RevenueCat manages subscription and purchase state on our behalf.

2.5 Analytics Data
We collect anonymized analytics to improve the app, including page views, session data, and feature interactions, through Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics.

2.6 Advertising Data
We use Google AdMob and Meta Pixel to show relevant ads and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. These services may collect device identifiers and browsing data.

SelfAI uses the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data:

• Generate AI professional headshots from your uploaded photos
• Provide, maintain, and improve our app and services
• Process in-app purchases and manage subscriptions
• Send important service updates and notifications
• Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience
• Display relevant advertisements (AdMob, Meta Pixel)
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues
• Comply with legal obligations

Photos you upload to SelfAI are processed by our AI infrastructure (including OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, and Fal.ai) to generate headshots. Your uploaded images:

• Are transmitted securely via encrypted connections
• Are used only to generate your requested headshots
• Are not used to train AI models without explicit consent
• Are not sold to third parties
• May be stored temporarily during processing

Please do not upload images of other people without their consent, or images that contain sensitive or inappropriate content.

We retain your account information and generated headshots for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide services. Uploaded source photos may be deleted after headshot generation is complete. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at hello@rocketdigital.ai.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data transmissions use TLS encryption. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Portability: Request export of your data in a machine-readable format
• Opt-out of ads: Limit ad tracking through your device settings

SelfAI is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

Rocket Digital Limited is based in Hong Kong. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We take reasonable steps to ensure adequate protections are in place for such transfers.

SelfAI uses Google AdMob for in-app advertising. The Meta Pixel on our website tracks conversions and helps us measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable tracking
• Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy in the app or on our website, and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of SelfAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
